(1) Attendance

  • (a) Racers should confirm their attendance for the race at least 2 hours before the session start time. If you haven’t then it’ll be assumed you want a reserve to fill your spot. If your spot is filled by said reserve and you decide you want to race, the reserve driver gets the seat

  • (b) If you confirm you’re racing but can’t, just let us know. Please don’t pull a no show and leave us with a gap on the grid. If you can’t race that’s fine, please just let us know! Penalties/demotions may be applied to drivers with poor attendance

  • (c) Don’t quit the race early. Always try to finish the race. If you really don’t want to continue then please pull into the pits to retire. If you retire on track or purposely crash out you will receive a penalty

  • (d) If you are lagging/have a poor connection in Qualifying you will be allowed to reset your Xbox/router and rejoin. If you’re unable to rejoin you may be asked to leave the session

(2) Race Etiquette

  • (a) NO RESETTING TO TRACK. You must rejoin the track manually and only when it is safe to do so. If you perform a dangerous rejoin you will receive a penalty

  • (b) One defensive move per corner. If you want the inside line then take it, don’t move across the track under braking. Anyone swerving or making a dangerous move in the braking zone will receive a penalty

  • (c) Stay within the white lines when entering and exiting the pits. If you cross the lines either on the way in or out and cause an incident you will receive a penalty

  • (d) If you are unable to finish the race due to damage or outside issues, you must retire in the pits. If you retire the car on track it can cause issues in the game for other drivers. Unless you have terminal damage you must return to the pits to retire the car

  • (e) Track limits are defined by the game and any penalties given to you for breaching them in game will be applied to your time at the end of the race. If you think a penalty was unfair please send an incident report with evidence and your personal Race Director

  • (f) Racers must not ready up before the host. The driver that readies up before the host will receive a penalty. The host or racer will be confirmed in your Tier chats before the session starts

  • (g) Under Blue Flag conditions drivers must yield to the faster cars behind, penalties will be awarded for those that interfere with faster cars on track

  • (h) Under Yellow Flags/Safety Car conditions drivers must maintain positions and a safe distance at all times

(3) Qualifying

  • (a) You are responsible for creating your own space during in and out laps. Be mindful of cars around you. If someone is on a hot lap behind you, pull off the track to allow them though, impeding them as little as possible. If you cause an incident/ block someones hot lap you will receive a penalty

  • (b) Do not race in qualifying. You are only permitted to slipstream your team mate. Anyone racing in qualifying will receive a penalty

  • (c) The car in front always has priority. If the car in front is on a hot lap but you are catching up to them you must back off and sacrifice your own lap. Any racing in qualifying will result in a penalty

(4) Points system

  1. The driver who gets pole in qualifying will receive an extra point
  2. The driver with the fastest lap of the race will receive an extra point
  3. Fastest lap points can be scored in any finishing position
  4. DSQ's will receive no points
  5. DNF’s will receive no points
  6. Reserve drivers score 100% points for the team
  7. Reserve drivers points are counted separately, if they join a team permanently the full 100% of their points will follow them from the races they have competed in in said tier, any points scored in other tiers will be discarded
  8. The points scored will remain at their former teams
  9. Reserve Drivers do not score points for the drivers they are replacing

(5) Penalties

- (a) If you receive a qualifying ban you must join the session as normal. Load your setup in qualifying as Parc Ferme is set to ON, and then retire from session in the pits, without leaving the pit lane. If you venture out onto the track at any point you will receive a penalty

- (b) Penalties aren’t linear, and will be awarded judged on each situation. We can only act if we have clips, be sure to clip everything you think is worth us looking at

- (c) All findings will be posted along with the race results. Decisions are final

- (d) If you wish to appeal a decision you have 24 hours to submit it after the Race Reports are published. It is your responsibility to provide sufficient evidence in your appeal. Decisions are final

All Incident reports and appeals are looked at and considered by a panel of Stewards and all decisions are made with no bias

(6) Race results

  • (a) For us to be able to act on anything that occurs during the races you need to send us clear and definitive Incident reports. Please don’t post these publicly, use the Incident Report function on the discord

  • (b) Provisional results will be published ASAP after the race ending

  • (c) You have roughly 24 hours to send in Incident reports

  • (d) Results will be adjusted for penalties/removals and announced

  • (e) Unless your incident was seen by anyone in The FIA or on the broadcast we can’t award penalties without incident reports. Be sure to clip anything you think isn’t right, it will all be looked at

  • (f) Unless there is an error in the results, all results are final

(7)  In the event of a major disconnection or server error the results of the race will be void

  • (a) Races won’t carry over, so if a race is abandoned we move on to the next one and no points will be awarded

  • (b) If a race is restarted, all drivers in the top 10 must start on the tyre compound from the original race and Qualifying session. If you start on the wrong compound you will receive a penalty
